Because of the nature of refill products and personal care items, our return policy is designed to keep things fair, safe, and transparent.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened, Unused Products
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and in resale-ready condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or isn’t performing as expected, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll happily work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please include a photo and your order details when reaching out.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
To ensure safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers, the following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used personal care products
Refilled products (in customer containers or store containers)
Custom scents, custom bundles, or special-order items
Seasonal or limited-edition items
Final-sale items purchased at markets or pop-ups
Digital downloads (if applicable)
Refill Containers
Containers purchased from us are yours to reuse again and again.
If a bottle or jar purchased from us cracks, leaks, or malfunctions within 30 days, we will replace it.
Please note: Containers must be clean and dry before refilling to meet safety and sanitation standards.
