Let’s start with WHAT exactly is refilling?
You know how when you run out of something, you have to replace it with a brand new bottle e-v-e-r-y-t-i-m-e?
Refilling is the opposite of that.
Instead of buying a brand‑new plastic bottle every time, you:
Refill with a container you already have or
Swap it out for a clean, sanitized one (loop items)

If you’ve purchased non‑refill items from us (we like to call them loop items) you can bring those containers back too. We clean, sanitize, and reuse them!

It’s easier than you think:
Bring a clean, dry container (any size, any label) or purchase one from us!
Weigh your container on the scale, write number on tape, refill it with what you need, weigh again, write number down, put lid back on, and pay
Pay for only what you refill
Go home feeling proud of yourself!
Need us to do the refilling? Absolutely! We’ll never pass up an opportunity to help. We’ll do steps 1 and 2. Just look at the scale and let us know when you have what you need. Until we win the lottery, step 3 is on you, but you have step 4 to look forward to for now!
No special jars required. No pressure to get it “right.”
